This project is the key visual design for the “New Year Carnival” held by the Kaohsiung City Government’s Cultural Bureau at The Pier-2 Art Center.
The concept combines the themes of a “Carbohydrate party” and the “Chinese New Year,” creating a vibrant and festive atmosphere.
